The restaurant
The brewery is located on Thome's 940 provincial road linking the village of Sangatte to that of Escalles. Its access is visitor parking in front of Cap Blanc Nez, cross the porch, continue 400m mounted on and you're there. We have a capacity of 100 customers and all our tables offer a view over the surrounding countryside and sea.

Ms. Frechou is pleased to welcome you on its website to help you discover the Brasserie.
Different photos will show you the unique position it on top of Mount Hubert 150m above sea level, which gives it a stunning view over the village of Escalles, Wissant Bay, the Strait of Dover with its many boats and English coasts regularly visible.
Since the brewery, you can also enjoy many walks on the various digestive trails through the park.
Horaires d'ouverture
Période estivale –Juillet Août :
La brasserie est ouverte le midi (sauf jour de fermeture) et les vendredis, samedis, dimanches et lundis Soir.
Période non estivale :
La brasserie est ouverte uniquement le midi. (Sauf jour de fermeture)
En juin et septembre la brasserie est également ouverte le samedi soir.
Le jour de fermeture reste inchangé à savoir le mercredi.
Note : Toute réservation de groupe (15 pers mini) sur un jour de fermeture est possible. Pour connaître les conditions veuillez nous contacter 1 mois à l’avance.
